Responsibilities:
- Live out Lifeway's mission and values with commitment to Kingdom work.
- Perform advanced customer segmentation, LTV analysis, churn modeling, and campaign performance analysis.
- Develop forecasting models and deliver insights cross-functionally to Marketing, Sales, and Support.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years analytics experience, strong SQL, Excel, and BI tools skills.
- Required: Experience with marketing or sales analytics, forecasting, and active involvement in an evangelical Christian church.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI, Python or R, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics.
