Responsibilities:

  • Support strategy, planning, and execution needs related to credit card engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement and deploy lifecycle triggers
  • Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel trigger communications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services
  • Experience in product planning, performance marketing, and/or marketing operations
  • Project coordination and/or business analysis experience preferred

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and pod-based team structures
  • Demonstrated success in supporting and scaling trigger-based or lifecycle marketing programs
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to data tools, segmentation, and test-and-learn frameworks
