What You’ll Do:
- Lead design critique and review processes to uphold high quality.
- Lead and develop a team of 4-6 designers guiding system-level work.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Data, and Engineering leads.
What You Bring:
- Experience managing designers, with a track record of developing design talent.
- Ability to balance hands-on craft with people management.
- Strong facilitation and feedback skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML or decision-support systems.
- Experience in RCM, EHR, billing, charting, or transcription tools.
