Play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the care they need while helping caregivers achieve consistent schedules and income. As a Remote Staffing Coordinator, you will make smart, compassionate decisions in real-time to support our teams and clients. You'll review Caregiver Preferences using Point-of-Care software to assess preferred caregiver hours. Strategically Match Shifts by identifying client needs and open shifts, filling vacancies with the right caregiver. Optimize Scheduling by analyzing data to maximize coverage and ensure client satisfaction. You'll coordinate with teams: Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff for a cohesive experience. Maintain Documentation, ensuring all interactions and updates are thoroughly recorded in the scheduling system.
