As the primary embedded Linux engineer within the Hardware Team, you own platform enablement for Nabu Casa hardware products.
You work at the boundary between hardware and software to ensure Home Assistant OS runs reliably on supported devices.
This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep embedded Linux expertise and the ability to drive complex technical work independently.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve Home Assistant OS support across Nabu Casa hardware platforms, contributing to the wider OS ecosystem.
Support board bring-up, including Buildroot configuration, bootloaders, and system services for new hardware products.
Investigate and resolve platform-level issues such as boot regressions, driver failures, and kernel panics.
