Job Description
Provide equitable access to quality health care experiences for students and their families. Build and professionalize a high growth high impact social enterprise that is being compensated competitively, developed professionally, and celebrated frequently for making a meaningful difference. Conduct initial intakes and assessments with children in grades K-12 and their parent/guardian. Collaborate with other Hazel Mental Health Therapists to ensure children successfully transition into our services. May provide ongoing virtual counseling and solution-focused therapeutic interventions for children in grades K-12, as needed. Maintain relationships and engage with school personnel, family members, and stakeholders.
You are expected to maintain a schedule that accommodates student needs, which may include availability during school hours or after-school hours, depending on district requirements. Current need is therapists that are available Monday-Friday after 4pm CST. You are responsible for managing your own caseload, ensuring timely intakes, assessments, and follow-up sessions as needed. You must be responsive to communication from school personnel, families, and our care management team, and participate in occasional virtual meetings or trainings.
