Job Description
Lead and scale the Payments & Trust engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture across backend, frontend and mobile engineers. Own the design and implementation of global payment systems, PSP integrations and reconciliation workflows that power frictionless and secure transactions. Build intelligent fraud detection and prevention platforms, collaborating with Data Science to defend against evolving threats and bad actors. Drive the roadmap, architecture and technical vision for high-volume, low-latency payment processing systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations and Legal to align technical execution with business goals. Mentor and grow engineering talent, cultivating future leaders and scaling team capabilities with Lime’s growth. Promote engineering excellence through code quality, reliability and operational efficiency. Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the payment systems in terms of performance, fraud prevention, uptime and user satisfaction.
