Technical Program Manager

Ensure successful delivery of client technical implementations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Operate independently as technical lead for projects of any size and manage one or more projects simultaneously. Work with stakeholders to develop, track, and coordinate project milestones and deliverables. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal and external. Collaborate with client stakeholders, the vendor project team, and internal teams to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and implement robust technical project governance and risk management frameworks. Oversee project deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals and best practices. Facilitate technical discussions, problem-solving, and decision-making as needed. Liaise among multiple internal teams and vendor teams to provide unified client experience. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes. Ensure that all changes are documented and communicated to stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors or third-party service providers as required. Manage contracts and SOWs and ensure timely delivery of external dependencies. Monitor and track monthly time utilization of vendor resources.
