Senior Director, Product Design

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Product Design to lead our next chapter of product experience. Design is not a support function here—it’s a core pillar of how we differentiate and scale. You’ll join the executive team as a peer to the leaders of Product Management and Engineering and report directly to the CTO. Your mission: shape an intuitive, unified experience across our multi-layered platform (pro-code, low-code, no-code), and elevate our brand to reflect an AI-native, enterprise-grade product. This is a strategic, high-impact role with the mandate to lead, challenge, and transform. You will define and drive the UX vision across personas—from non-technical users to developers. Also, you will build a high-performing design team and culture; attract and grow top talent. You will simplify complexity: turn powerful technical capabilities into accessible, usable workflows. Partner with Product and Engineering as a peer to influence product direction early and lead cross-functional collaboration with conviction, clarity, and speed. You will create and scale strategy, systems, rituals, and processes that support design excellence. Establish a modern experience that contributes to elevating our brand into the AI-future.
