The Financial Wellness Consultant is pivotal in orchestrating the transition to a holistic financial wellness program, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, culture, and expectations. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a tailored financial wellness strategy that aligns with the client's goals, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the program's success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include strategic client engagement, holistic financial wellness planning, program implementation and launch, ongoing relationship and program health management, data-driven insights and customization, client education and advocacy.
