Job Description
This role entails efficiently conducting investigations and negotiations, while overseeing the management of cyber and Technology Errors & Omissions claims. Responsibilities include applying expertise in insurance contracts and vendor management to recommend appropriate claim reserves. The individual will also evaluate primary and excess coverage, determine coverage, and prepare coverage-related communications. A key aspect is collaborating with security and technology teams to offer preventative services and incident response, enhancing customer interaction. Coordinating with underwriting and utilizing data to refine risk selection is also expected. The role leverages data/analytics to refine the risk selection approach, aiming to attract and retain quality business and requires clear communication with stakeholders.
