Software Development Manager (Remote)

As the Software Development Manager, you will report to Experian Health. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and manage a team of engineers, to develop products and solutions in a regulated and complex environment. You will work with both technical and business teams to understand the requirements and dependencies for the features that need to be developed and enhanced. Attending daily standup meetings and all Agile ceremonies with the team, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to ensure sprint goals. Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them to ensure we run a steady KTLO. Oversee all stages of software development to ensure quality. Establish and enforce code standards, perform code reviews, and lead troubleshooting efforts. Ensure efficient use of resources in AWS, such as EC2 instances and Lambda functions, to optimize costs and performance. Work on Team Development, Budgeting and Planning and Communication.
