Project Manager

Support the Senior PM in end-to-end project delivery across all assigned campaigns. Draft clear and detailed briefs for creative and production teams. Follow up on tasks, monitor progress, and update the project management platform. Take meeting minutes during client calls, circulate actionable points, and brief internal teams accordingly. Keep assets moving through internal and client approvals efficiently. Build and maintain detailed project timelines, flagging risks or delays to the Senior PM. Assist in organizing shoots, sourcing and booking talent, and managing logistics. Help prepare client-facing decks and presentations, and present during calls when needed. Ensure all work meets brand guidelines and client expectations.
