AI Automation Analyst

iRESTORE is hiring a full-time AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflow automations that attack our biggest growth bottlenecks. You’ll work hands-on in n8n (plus Python/JavaScript) to turn manual, error-prone tasks into reliable agents that save time and unlock revenue. Map pain points – Interview team members across marketing, ops, CX, and product to identify high-impact, high-effort processes ripe for automation.Integrate tools – Connect Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc. using APIs and webhooks. Monitor & iterate – Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback. Document & train – Create concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve. Track ROI – Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
