Demonstrated experience spearheading and growing community initiatives within Layer 1 blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, or NFT projects.
Strong track record of developing and executing successful community growth strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage authentically with diverse global communities.
