Support Services Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Act as Acting Site Manager when needed and support repair teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years of experience in renewables preferred.
• Technical diploma or certification in electromechanics, electricity, or wind turbine maintenance preferred.
• Must pass safety training and have a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:

• 100% field work, travel required, and work in extreme weather.
• General rotation of 5 weeks on, 1 week off.
• Physical demands include climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range of $28.65 - $47.74, with starting pay of $30.00 - $40.00.
