Role and Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Attio's Product Security function, spanning application security and security operations.
- Secure Attio's large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform and the sensitive customer data on which it operates.
- Work with Engineering Leadership peers to ensure that Attio is secure by design.
What You Bring:
- Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Appreciation of tools and techniques to secure SaaS applications through prevention, detection, and remediation.
- First-class incident response skills through the entire incident lifecycle.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience running an Application Security program in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Experience hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers and working with cross-functional partners.
- Background in software engineering or systems administration.
