Principal Engineer, AI Security Governance

About the Role:

• You will own the technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of the AI Security Governance Program.
• You will set direction across enterprise-wide AI traffic and ServiceNow platform AI governance tracks.
• This is a senior individual-contributor role with technical authority and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect controls across both enterprise-AI and platform-AI tracks, keeping governance paths distinct.
• Deploy, configure, and mature security controls including AI detection and response, DSPM, and data-path controls.
• Drive the shift from manual security operations to AI-automated workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in security and software engineering, including hands-on technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in AI security, LLM threats, agentic-AI risk, and AI governance frameworks.
• Strong skills in cloud/SaaS environments and data security tooling like DSPM, DLP, CASB.
