What You’ll Do:
- Focus on AI security covering innovation, platform security, enablement, defense, guardrails, and governance.
- Lead security initiatives, architect solutions, and automate workflows to empower development teams.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to elevate security posture.
Who You Are:
- 9+ years in security engineering, application security, or cloud security roles.
- Proven ability to structure vague problems into plans and execute them.
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
Desired Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in AI including AWS, LLMs, MCP, and agentic frameworks.
- Software engineering background and authentication/authorization knowledge.
- Certifications like AAISM or knowledge of NIST AI Framework are a plus.
