Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls to conduct troubleshooting and follow defined scripts for clear communication.
- Generate error-free reports in English, supporting customer acceptance testing procedures for varied audiences.
- Run queries to monitor robot fleet data, routing anomalies to internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Have 2+ years in data analysis, operations analysis, or product support with a focus on monitoring and reporting.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in monitoring data, identifying anomalies, and following processes.
- Be comfortable working with software or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support role.
Role Details:
- This is a contract position lasting 6-12 months with a monthly fixed rate.
- Work fully remote in South America on one of two dedicated shifts aligned with PT time zones.
