Role Summary:
- Manage and oversee contracted clinical trials from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key contact for study sponsors and stakeholders, tracking progress and identifying blockers.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate execution of sponsored trials by planning, leading, and developing project plans for timelines, budgets, and site selection.
- Handle regulatory compliance by working closely with the Compliance Team and updating guidelines and SOPs as needed.
- Support sales by developing client relationships, liaising with the Sales Team, and participating in proposals as a domain expert.
Who you are:
- Possess a BA/BS degree with equivalent work experience and 3+ years in client-facing roles managing enterprise clients.
- Have strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and exceptional project management skills for leading complex projects.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of digital health technologies and previous clinical trial research experience is a strong plus.
