Position Overview:
- Own the product roadmap across online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights.
- Define and track the metrics that matter—order frequency, reorder rate, marketing campaign conversion, diner lifetime value.
- Translate insights and business goals into clear, well-scoped requirements.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop the consumer insights layer that translates ordering behavior, campaign performance, and guest data into clear, actionable intelligence for restaurant operators.
- Identify opportunities to connect signals across products—using ordering data to personalize marketing, and marketing results to improve the ordering experience.
- Run continuous discovery: user interviews, operator feedback sessions, funnel analysis, and A/B experiments across all three product areas.
