Position Overview:

  • Own the product roadmap across online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter—order frequency, reorder rate, marketing campaign conversion, diner lifetime value.
  • Translate insights and business goals into clear, well-scoped requirements.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop the consumer insights layer that translates ordering behavior, campaign performance, and guest data into clear, actionable intelligence for restaurant operators.
  • Identify opportunities to connect signals across products—using ordering data to personalize marketing, and marketing results to improve the ordering experience.
  • Run continuous discovery: user interviews, operator feedback sessions, funnel analysis, and A/B experiments across all three product areas.
