What You'll Do:
- Lead venture pod teams from thesis to scale, driving company creation across the Venture Development Pathway.
- Do the work of building the company: define product, market, and strategy, and secure early traction.
- Stay engaged as companies scale, serving as an operating advisor or board member.
Who We're Looking For:
- Repeated experience building deep-tech companies from zero to one.
- Preferred background as a founder, CEO, or senior operating executive with direct responsibility for product and commercialization.
- Based in or willing to spend significant time in New Mexico.
