AI Transformation Associate

Role Scope:

• Translate AI strategy into department-specific roadmaps and execute them alongside HQ staff.
• Focus on building proof-of-concept tools and automating tedious processes like document processing.
• Develop enablement materials like playbooks and templates to scale adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess AI maturity and identify opportunities across all HQ functions.
• Prototype solutions using AI APIs and low-code platforms, preferring quick deployment.
• Work directly with colleagues to implement changes and build their confidence.

Success Metrics:

• Deliver a completed AI maturity assessment and documented roadmap for each department.
• Build a working AI agent and demonstrate real workflow time savings within nine months.
• Establish trusted relationships with department heads and produce a library of enablement resources.

Candidate Profile:

• Requires 3–7 years of experience, ideally from consulting or startups, with hands-on AI project experience.
• Must be genuinely fascinated by AI, with practical experience using APIs from providers like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Needs consulting instincts, the ability to explain technical concepts simply, and a drive to learn quickly.
