Candidate Profile:
- Possesses over 3 years of financial services experience with knowledge of retirement planning and high-net-worth client rapport.
- Demonstrates poise, curiosity, and a non-pushy closing ability, articulating why Root's approach is different.
- Is process-oriented, reliable in follow-up, and proficient with CRM tools and video messaging for engagement.
Compensation and Work Model:
- Offers a base salary of $90,000 with variable compensation targeting $60,000–$90,000, for an OTE of $150,000–$180,000.
- Provides a remote-first work arrangement with occasional team gatherings and full benefits.
- Operates in a high-trust, high-accountability culture that values autonomy and direct impact on clients' financial lives.
