Job Description

As an Account Director, you will build strong client relationships, provide strategic input, and oversee the execution of integrated campaigns. Manage client briefs from start to finish, coordinating with producers, design, and copy teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and other parts of the agency to ensure successful campaign deliveries; which are profitable without compromising the creative integrity. Manage client expectations, relay feedback to the team, and protect company values. Build a full understanding of the clients’ business, advising on communication solutions. Ensure the DEPT team delivers high standards, meets success criteria, and stays on time and budget. Actively promote company products and services, reporting to senior management on account impacts. Hold responsibilities in new business development, contributing to pitches and proposals. Delegate responsibilities efficiently, conduct performance reviews, and inspire teams to achieve goals.
