As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead around 10 direct reports organized into multi-disciplinary teams. You will actively partner with Product and Staff Engineer counterparts, providing accountability for all team initiatives. You will collaborate with technical leaders to develop an effective technical strategy and act as a point of reference for the Leadership team and main Stakeholders. Guidance, mentorship, and coaching will be provided to the team through regular feedback and performance assessments.
