As a Staff Engineer, you'll lead impactful and complex cross-group technical initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions. You'll partner with Engineering Managers and UX to shape the direction of our area and the company. This role requires a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and experience influencing technical decisions to effectively support the teams.

Looking for founding engineers for an in-person position in New York City or Bay Area (open to hybrid or remote). As a small team, you'll have the opportunity to participate in varying stages of the technical process, reporting to the CTO/CEO. Build the foundation and shape engineering practices, rapidly iterate on code with the team.

Level-up Flow Wallet’s development on iOS and/or Android, building awesome new features like account recovery, human readable transactions, secure enclave support, passkey integration and many many more. You’ll be on the front lines of how Web3 will go mainstream, and solve major industry problems like user onboarding to crypto. You will ensure Flow Wallet can support and delight users at scale.
