Lead and represent a team of multi-disciplinary squads, actively partnering with Product and UX counterparts. You'll provide accountability for all team initiatives, work closely with technical leaders to develop an effective technical strategy, and act as a point of reference for the Leadership team and main Stakeholders. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team, offer regular feedback, and conduct performance assessments.

In this senior position, you'll own features end-to-end — from design discussion to production rollout and monitoring. You'll ship TypeScript on the web app, Node/Express backend, and/or mobile app plus contribute to (or learn) React Native. Also, you'll design and build fault-tolerant, HIPAA-compliant services with a strong focus on privacy, security, and stability.
