About the role:
- Support Branch's third-party risk management and procurement program.
- Own day-to-day vendor risk work and communicate directly with vendors.
- Use AI tools to enhance work and help document AI-assisted processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Run third-party risk reviews and collect vendor security documentation.
- Manage vendor follow-up communications and track open items.
- Support procurement queue and maintain TPRM trackers.
Skills and expertise:
- Current student or recent graduate with a business or technology background.
- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
- Interest in IT risk management, cybersecurity/compliance, and AI enablement.
