Senior Associate, Risk Enablement

About the Role:

• Support the development of strong risk operations by improving processes, controls, and compliance practices.
• Partner with teams across risk, compliance, product, engineering, and customer operations to solve complex operational challenges.
• Use data analysis, automation, and emerging AI tools to identify opportunities and strengthen decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to support efficient and compliant risk operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain, test, and refine risk alerts, controls, and operating procedures to align with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience using data and analytics to address complex business problems.
• Experience applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar technologies to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend solutions.
