Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with security operations teams and leaders to understand workflows, challenges, and evolving service delivery needs.
- Define, refine, and monitor performance metrics aligned with customer experience, quality, and operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in security analysis, SOC leadership, operational reporting, or related roles.
- Strong ability to analyze complex, disconnected data sources and transform findings into actionable insights.
- Experience developing performance metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or similar platforms.
