Job Summary:
- Supports delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automated workflows.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Adapts to emerging technologies and expanding automation use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain operational workflows to meet service level targets.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
- Analyze metrics and generate operational reports for performance improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous operations experience and exposure to DevOps environments.
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.
