Business Analyst

Data Support, Analysis & Reporting:

• Assist with collection and analysis of quantitative data regarding operational health.
• Partner with leadership to summarize data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with business intelligence team to document dashboard requirements.

Project Support & Documentation:

• Maintain and update project plans for mission-critical projects.
• Support maintenance of project management tools and documentation.
• Provide administrative support by tracking tasks, risks, and milestone dates.

Process Mapping & Operational Efficiency:

• Help map existing business processes and identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of current processes to coordinate with internal departments.
• Track team delivery progress against project plans.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

• Support operational leadership by organizing tasks and following up on deliverables.
• Serve as coordinator between internal teams for smooth information flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track project scope and maintain schedules.
