Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure AI tools and platforms (Claude, MS Copilot, GitHub Copilot) including feature configuration and usage monitoring.
- Configure and review security settings for MCP servers, connectors, and AI tools to enable fast, safe rollouts.
- Own AI transformation analytics and reporting: build dashboards tracking adoption, usage, cost, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in cloud operations, DevOps, or IT operations, ideally in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated industry.
- Hands-on cloud experience (GCP, Azure, AWS) with containers/services like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation; experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range USD $92,000 - $124,000 per year, with annual cash bonus eligibility.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan.
- Individual pay influenced by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
