- Risks and compliance gaps are identified early and remediated with engineering teams.
- GRC processes scale alongside platform growth without proportional headcount growth.
- The risk register is a live operational tool reflecting current exposure.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of experience in GRC, information security, or risk management in a SaaS environment.
- AI-native mindset: use LLMs, agents, and automation for substantive work.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0.
