Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics - Battery Storage

About the Role:

• The Manager will operationalize AI adoption across Plus Power by enabling teams to use AI effectively and responsibly.
• This role serves as the enablement, implementation, and scaling layer, helping translate business needs into practical AI-enabled workflows.
• The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment with fluency in AI, data, analytics, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build organizational AI capability through training, guidance, reusable patterns, and practical support.
• Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns to promote consistency and responsible adoption.
• Contribute to BO&SA's broader analytics, reporting, and operational intelligence priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum BA/BS in economics, data science, or related field; 6-10 years of experience in analytics or data-focused role.
• Advanced experience with enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, and Claude.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
