About the Role:
- Own the full post-sale journey for AI agents deployed at credit unions, from implementation to ongoing performance.
- Design agent behavior with customers and prove outcomes in executive business reviews.
- Build the function from scratch: playbooks, defaults, monitoring, and eventually the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Within 1 month, become an expert in credit union operations and learn Emma end-to-end.
- Within 3 months, own implementations end-to-end and codify defaults.
- Within 6 months, run the full post-sale book and define the hiring plan for scaling.

- 5+ years in management consulting or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
- A recommendation posture: lead with a point of view and defend it.
- End-to-end execution ownership and genuine AI fluency.
