As the Head of Business Operations, you will develop, implement, and optimize the operational backbone of the company. You'll design and lead Diligent’s management operating system (MOS) to ensure clarity, accountability, and execution velocity. You will develop and maintain the frameworks that ensure leadership has the visibility and mechanisms to move quickly and confidently. You’ll also act as a force multiplier for executives by tackling high-priority strategic analyses, special projects, and bottlenecks that unlock growth and ensure the organization can scale without losing focus or execution velocity.
