Senior Clinical Consultant II, International

Serve as Project lead consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel for up to 2 Synapse Products, coordinating each training event. Provide feedback to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product line management on equipment issues and customer concerns. Independently assesses the customer’s level of comprehension to facilitate effective on-site training and optimal product operation. Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, report configuration, and end to end testing for upgrades and new implementations, driving process change to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Participate in Clinical Validations Testing for each software release of the product to further enhance the overall accuracy of the release.
