GIS Analyst – Remote Sensing and Site Investigation

Accountabilities:

• Interpret LiDAR data and imagery to assess terrain, drainage, vegetation, and physical constraints.
• Perform advanced terrain analyses using digital elevation models, slopes, profiles, and contours.
• Develop technical recommendations and communicate findings to engineering, design, and environmental teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in geomatics, geography, remote sensing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience including 2 years with LiDAR, point clouds, and drone imagery.
• Strong proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, including 3D tools, LAS datasets, and spatial analysis.
