Risk Manager, Crypto Product Management

Lead and execute risk and control assessments across the product lifecycle, covering strategic, operational, technology, financial, market, regulatory, and third-party risks at both global and local levels. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Security) to review new product initiatives and minor/major changes to existing products, ensuring comprehensive risk identification and mitigation planning. Drive the implementation of a scalable Product Governance Framework, embedding risk management principles into key decision-making and development processes across business units. Maintain robust risk documentation within the enterprise GRC system (Workiva), including risk registers, control assessments, action plans, and ownership tracking. Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc standardized and visually compelling product risk reports from risk committees, boards and other relevant stakeholders. Monitor external events and evaluate their implications on current and upcoming product offerings. Lead or contribute to strategic risk initiatives and cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing risk culture, resilience, and accountability across the product portfolio. Promote awareness and adoption of risk management practices across all levels of the organization through training, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives.
