Responsibilities:

  • Design and build the CDP from scratch: data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profile, activation.
  • Establish a multi-tenant architecture with data isolation by client and by state.
  • Build the AI enrichment layer: segmentation, predictive models, and LLM-based preference enrichment.

Requirements:

  • Experience building a CDP from scratch or scaling one substantially.
  • Identity resolution: deterministic and probabilistic profile matching.
  • Data engineering: ingestion pipelines, streaming, warehouse/lakehouse, reverse ETL.
