Be part of a truly cross-functional team, contributing to product planning from discovery to deployment. Collaborate with teams to develop robust new features and APIs, continuously improving Deel's industry-leading products and fixing bugs at Deel Speed, ensuring customers receive a white-glove experience. The Infra Engineering team supports Deel's engineering growth and builds a platform for product teams to ship business value faster. Deel is in a unique position, needing a platform but still young enough not to have it yet. The team enforces standards, best practices, creates tooling, maintains internal libraries, and provides architectural guidance. Responding to production incidents is also part of the role, requiring strong troubleshooting skills.
