Technical Solutions Lead

This role will drive solution design by gathering requirements with clients and internal stakeholders to design scalable, extensible solutions. Assess impact to the platform architecture and client use cases to define high-impact and low-risk designs. The role will own solution delivery, serving as the primary lead for customer-specific solutions, from scoping to go-live, in the context of customer engagements owned by the Customer Management team. Collaboration across Customer Management, Data Health, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand current and future product capabilities and design solutions that meet client needs. The role will translate complexity into clarity by capturing customer needs and creating clear, actionable documentation. Clear documentation should include data flow diagrams and technical specifications. The position requires providing clear status updates, surfacing risks early, and keeping internal teams and clients aligned. This role will also manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
