As a Staff FHIR Gateway Engineer at Arcadia, you will shape the technical direction of the Data Gateway, ensuring customers can exchange data using the latest FHIR standards—securely, efficiently, and at scale. You will design and build FHIR integrations, architect distributed solutions, champion data quality & compliance, optimize & troubleshoot, mentor & collaborate, and influence standards.
