About the Role:

  • You will be the first dedicated indirect tax specialist, owning global compliance, filings, and audits.
  • You will manage tax codes and configuration in Stripe, prepare for e-invoicing mandates, and stand up compliance in new markets.
  • You will serve as the go-to expert for indirect tax, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Product.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in US sales & use tax for digital products, SaaS, or electronically supplied services.
  • Working knowledge of international VAT/GST and ability to manage global filings with external advisors.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-jurisdiction indirect tax compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and audits.

Growth Potential:

  • Build and lead a global indirect tax function as the company expands.
  • Own tax technology transformation, international expansions, and e-invoicing implementations.
  • Broaden into wider tax leadership roles.
