General Summary:

  • Serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Responsible for administration, maintenance, and optimization of the planning platform.
  • Partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, HR, IT, and business leaders.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintains and enhances Adaptive Planning model architecture and manages system security.
  • Builds and troubleshoots integrations and data loads, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Administers planning cycles, including budget, forecast, and version management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model-building experience.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and identify process improvement opportunities.
