Staff Developer Relations Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Render is looking for a Staff Developer Relations Engineer to grow usage and word of mouth among developers building full-stack and AI applications.
• You'll be Render's technical face on stage, in workshops, and in developer and AI ecosystems.
• This role sets the technical bar for DevRel and serves as the go-to person for deep, candid answers about AI workloads on Render.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Represent Render at conferences, meetups, and hackathons with talks and live demos.
• Design and run hands-on workshops and hackathons, and set DevRel's technical direction.
• Be the technical counterpart for ecosystem partners and run the developer feedback loop.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 8+ years in developer relations, solutions engineering, or software engineering with at least 3 years in a developer-facing role at a dev tools or infrastructure company.
• A track record of talks at recognized conferences and self-designed workshops.
• Hands-on fluency with AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and the ability to be credible with senior engineers.
