• Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and optionally C++.
• Drive accessibility initiatives, ensuring compliance with Windows accessibility APIs and delivering inclusive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, UX, QA, and other engineering teams to define feature scope and UI/UX architecture.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues across application layers.

• Work with engineers on a native Windows desktop client using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML and Go.
• Implement support for the latest Windows platform features while maintaining compatibility with older versions.
• Develop and optimize product features on Windows with a focus on UI components and platform integration.
