Financial Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Own the preparation of lead schedules and reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and post journals ranging from standard accruals to complex financial asset adjustments.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate expenses and payables.

Skills Needed:

• Professional Qualification (Mandatory): You must hold a recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a corporate accounting or audit role. Experience within Fintech or a regulated financial institution is a significant plus.
• Regulatory Reporting Experience (Mandatory): Direct experience in the preparation and submission of financial regulatory returns (such as Liquidity or Capital Adequacy).
